The Challenge

Our client’s treasury department took an average of seven days to complete the signing process of bank agreement documents for multinational clients, which resulted in poor customer experience. The week-long process led clients to abandon the onboarding process costing the treasury department time, revenue and its reputation.

For our client this was unacceptable and they decided to assess the issue that was slowing them down. They found that the signature process was holding them back due to it being obtained via paper documents. 

With over 1,500 signatures needed per month from just their multinational clients, this was a bigger problem than they initially thought. To help them, they chose Pyramid Solutions as their partner to fix the issue.

    With this technology, our client is able to launch a task to obtain signatures with just one click of a button. Now, the treasury department’s clientele can instantly view and sign onboarding documents from anywhere, improving overall customer experience and solving the onboarding issue.
