Pyramid’s NetStaX™ EtherNet/IP Scanner Simulator (EIPScan) is an extremely useful tool for testing and debugging EtherNet/IP™ products, performing end-of-line testing, field testing and demonstrating your EtherNet/IP products to end customers. EIPScan also provides Adapter simulation capabilities by allowing Assembly instances to be registered in the tool that can be connected to by other scanners.
EIPScan is a user-friendly PC/Windows™ application that allows you to test EtherNet/IP messaging and connections on a standard PC or Laptop. No additional software or hardware is required.

- Class 1 (I/O) Implicit Connection Client and Server including:

EIPScan-SECURE for Enhanced Security and CRA Compliance
This optional upgrade enables CIP Security connections, allowing developers to simulate and validate secure EtherNet/IP messaging, as well as meet the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). With EIPScan-SECURE, users can:
- Establish secure connections using CIP Security protocols.
- Test device identity handling and secure communication channels.
- Simulate security object behavior and validate encrypted messaging.
- Prepare products for CRA compliance by verifying secure transport mechanisms, authentication, and data integrity.
License Options
