Over the last century, our client has built a reputation being an industry leader as one of the largest title insurance companies in the United States. They provide comprehensive title and escrow products and services as well as peace of mind for individuals, businesses and government.
The Challenge
Our client uses an IBM FileNet repository, which currently stores over 65 million documents. To keep this repository well maintained, regular upgrades are necessary due to eventual lack of support from the software. Since their FileNet administrators didn’t feel comfortable performing an upgrade due to the level of complexity involved, they wanted someone they could trust. On top of that, the install had to be done completely remotely since they have a strict policy where contractors cannot physically touch their systems due to PPI compliance.
