The Challenge

AAA Life realized customer satisfaction rates were steadily decreasing, resulting in higher onboarding abandonment rates. In addition, they found excessive amounts of time and effort being wasted on applications that potential clients canceled due to the time it took to become insured. 

This ultimately hurt their monthly sales goals and bottom-line numbers. 

The policy administration system they relied on ran extremely slow, would often crash, was not tied to other systems, and did not allow them to easily scale when needed. This resulted in extremely slow response times to potential customers and even longer processing times.

Our Innovative Solution

After analyzing the process, it was clear to AAA Life that they needed a new policy admin system and a tighter integration with their IBM FileNet P8 repository. 

To ensure all goals were met by enabling employees to easily onboard customers and have the ability to share customer data across the organization, Pyramid Solutions performed a six-week analysis of their FileNet environment and demonstrated a seamless integration that would enable them to quickly and easily view client data.
