BridgeWay Products End-of-Life

Pyramid Solutions, Inc. has announced the End-of-Life (EOL) for the BridgeWay product line. We are no longer accepting orders. The EOL includes the following products and parts:

All other BridgeWay related products/services are also included as part of this End-of-Life announcement (Configuration Kits, Wall Mount Kit, Connectors/Kits, Pre-configuration, etc.) Pyramid Solutions will not be releasing new or replacement versions for any of the products listed above. However, downloads for these legacy products, including the latest versions of the BWConfig software and user manuals, can be accessed below.

Please note that the following parts have already gone End-of-Life as of 12/31/2021, and End-of-Support as of 12/31/2022:

End-of-Support

Pyramid Solutions support for the BridgeWay products ended on 12/31/25. The End-of-Support date specifies the end of all Gateway related support unless otherwise specified by separate announcement or customer service contract.

Software updates, technical support and hardware repairs are no longer available. 

Pyramid Solutions reserves the right to extend support beyond our stated date at our sole discretion. Hardware repairs may be limited due to component availability constraints.
